A year after their father's death, a brother
and two sisters meet in the attic of their mother's
home, which is being sold after fifty years in the
family. The siblings' mother, knowing the children
go to great lengths to avoid each other, secretly
arranges for them to arrive at the house
simultaneously - without her. Reluctant to stay,
but hesitant to leave, the three are drawn into
conversation about their past, and gradually come
to realize that their memories of childhood don't
match up wit those of their siblings. Surprised and
shaken, they begin to wonder: Is it possible their
significant life decisions and attitudes have been
forged from a flawed premise. |
